@kerushi1310 Thank you!! I’m going to start using that all the time! My friends call my daughter Baby Natsu (her name is Summer). I love Japanese!
@breeness56 Hahaha – I’m moving soon, so I’ll have a lot more drawer space. My house is over 100 years old and was built as housing for steel factory workers – it doesn’t even have bedroom closets! But to ease your mind, it’s the messiest drawer in the house. xo
Girly, I LOVE this recipe…. I also love your kitchen, but I realllllllllly want to organize that drawer
baby is so sweet!!
its ‘ Oishii ‘ ^^ just if u wanted to know
@Chels33a Thanks, girl <3

i wish i was the cinematographer of this show ..lol
beeffffffffffffffffffff eooooooooooooooooo Pathetic
@lovetocookable : Drain the water for a while and then you can try and blot the moisture out with paper towel. That should do the trick. The other option is to add and extra egg (but that may alter the taste a bit…but will still be good.
Hello gurls, i was wondering if there is a way that you could use the ground beef washed, coz i cant stand the smell of it, i tried making the kebab with washed beef but it doesnt stick together like yours did. is there any way that i can wash the ground beef yet it stick together as shown by you……thanx a bunch and love you guys. big fan

@himy27 : Next time use a little extra egg so they hold shape. As for the bitterness – did you grind the onions? Sometimes, the onions become bitter when ground…that is the only thing we can think of…
hello, i tried this recipe yesterday,…. it tastes wonderful…. but i did not get the pieces as u got… it was disintegrating…. afterthe bake time of 40+20…i still had water in my dish.. so i kept it on broil for another 10 mins… & finally it dried up… any suggestions… also my kebab tasted a bit bitter,i dont know why…. ?? any comments… thank you so much for ur wonderful recipes….
i just made it, it was delicious very tender and soft(without the meat tenderizer) very easy to make too. My family loved it to bits tomorrow I’m making it again for the guests since its so easy to put togather. thanks for the amazing recipe.
Tastes great with Mint Chutney and tamarind Chutney. Both those videos can be be found on our website at:

I don’t know how the fried onions will taste in the kabab since I usually use raw onions. can this be eaten with a dipping sauce?
The other suggestion we have is to use a little piece of raw papaya. Chop the papaya fine or grate it and add it to the meat. If you can’t find papaya, just skip the tenderizer part!
Lemon/Lime sometimes tend to give the dish a bitter taste when it is cooked, you are better off using it at the end.
Thanks a lot for your reply. Can lemon juice be used as a substitute for tenderizer? or any other substitue?? i do not want to use vinegar
Yes, you can make it without the teanderizer. The Teanderizer just ensures that your kebab will be super soft!
Hi,
Can this recipe be done without the meat tenderizer ?Thanks a lot.
If you are making this with chicken or turkey, do you still need the meat tenderizer?
i think hetal is vegeterian bcoz most of nonveg dish made by anuja.anyway thanks for recipe i substitute beef with mince chicken…
Fried onions are available at most Indian grocery stores. They are crispy. You can caramelize them at home for a similar flavor, but it takes a long time. The store bought ones are a great time saver.
Sorry, but we’ve never tried this recipe in the microwave so we don’t have the exact time and power.
H&A, I’m starting to think you guys are not too good for my health. It’s 1 am and I was hungry and I just made this dish. And it is the most delicious thing I’ve cooked in ages – so I admit to going through most of it in one sitting (ok, I made only half the quantity).
But beeeyyootiful;.
Many thanks.
(Question though: What exactly do you mean by fried onions? Do you guys do this anywhere in another video? Deep fried? Caramelized? )
thanks so much !you made the kebab making real easy n its yummy too!
